IC Funded Review 2026: Verified Facts, Missing Facts & a Three-Way Split Conflict

IC Funded is the simulated evaluation program associated with the IC Markets group. Its 2-Step starts at a verified $74, payouts are bi-weekly and news trading is allowed — but weekend holding is banned, the full price list never leaves its checkout configurator, and the firm's own pages state the profit split three different ways. This review prints what we could verify and marks the rest as not found, not guessed.

Editorial transparency: Facts below come from icfunded.com and IC Funded's own Help Center, checked 23 Oct 2026. The firm's prices sit inside a JavaScript checkout, so only the $5K 2-Step price could be read directly; we do not trade on an IC Funded account.

Our verdict

A low entry price and trader-friendly touches (news allowed, own EAs allowed, no mandatory stop-loss) — offset by a hard weekend-holding ban and documentation that contradicts itself on the two things that matter most: your drawdown limits by phase and your profit split. Confirm both in writing before you rely on them.

  • 2-Step $5K verified at $74 on the firm's own homepage
  • Daily drawdown is equity-based — floating losses count
  • Funded 2-Step has a 70% single-day consistency cap
  • ⚠ Split stated as 90% / 80% / 75→80% on different firm pages

Challenges & the One Verified Price

IC Funded sells a 2-Step and documents a 1-Step on its Challenges page. The full price ladder is only inside its checkout configurator, which does not publish readable prices — so the only fee we print is the one verified on the firm's live homepage.

Both models: minimum 3 trading days; the 2-Step has no time limit. The 1-Step appears on the firm's Challenges page but not on its current homepage, and an "Instant" model mentioned by third parties could not be confirmed on the firm's own pages.

Rules & Red Flags

Daily drawdownEquity-based
Max DD typeNot stated ⚠
Weekend holdingBanned
News tradingAllowed
Drawdown mechanicsThe daily drawdown is calculated on equity, including open positions, and resets at 00:00 server time (GMT+2/+3). If equity dips below the level at any moment, the rule is breached. Crucially, IC Funded never states whether the overall drawdown is static, trailing or end-of-day — we will not label it, and neither should their headline numbers be read as one.
Consistency rulesThe 1-Step carries a 45% consistency rule. On funded 2-Step accounts, the firm's Help Center caps any single day at 70% of total gains. No numeric consistency rule for the 2-Step evaluation phases was found on the firm's pages.
EAs: yours yes, third-party noExpert Advisors you developed yourself are allowed in evaluation; third-party software is banned and violations mean disqualification (Help Center). Multiple accounts are allowed up to $500,000 total allocation per trader.
Simulated, like the funded stageIC Funded states it is not a broker and holds no client deposits: evaluation and funded trading both run in a simulated environment on demo accounts. KYC is required after passing, before funded access.
⚠ Conflicts in IC Funded's own pages (checked 23 Oct 2026): (1) Profit split, three ways — the current homepage advertises "up to 90%"; the Challenges page promises a "fixed 80/20" split; the Help Center says traders start at 75/25 and rise to 80/20 after one month and a first payout. (2) 2-Step drawdown — the homepage card shows 5% daily / 10% maximum next to the 10% target without distinguishing phases, while the Challenges page sets Phase 1 at 4% daily / 8% overall. (3) The 1-Step is documented but missing from the current homepage. Until the firm aligns its pages, treat the strictest version of each rule as the one that may be applied to your account.

Payouts

Payouts are bi-weekly, and the challenge fee is refunded after your third payout — the one point the firm's homepage and Challenges page state identically.

Beyond that, the firm's own current pages do not state payout methods, a minimum withdrawal amount, payout fees, or first-payout conditions. We mark all four as not found rather than repeat third-party figures.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does IC Funded cost?

The only price readable on the firm's own pages is the $5,000 2-Step at $74 (checked 23 Oct 2026). Other sizes are priced inside the checkout configurator; we don't publish figures we couldn't read on the firm's site.

What is IC Funded's profit split?

Unresolved on the firm's own pages: "up to 90%" (homepage), "fixed 80/20" (Challenges page), or 75/25 rising to 80/20 after a month and a first payout (Help Center). Ask support to confirm your split in writing before buying.

Can I hold trades over the weekend at IC Funded?

No. The firm's 2-Step card states weekend holding is not allowed. News trading, by contrast, is allowed, and no stop-loss is mandatory.

Is the IC Funded drawdown static or trailing?

The firm does not say on the pages we checked. The daily drawdown is equity-based and resets at midnight server time; the overall drawdown's type is not stated, so we don't label it.

Does PROPDEALHUB work at IC Funded?

Yes — 40% off in our 26 Oct 2026 retest (2-Step $5K $74.00 → $44.40; 10K $125 → $75; 25K $249 → $149.40). Whether that 40% is the code itself or a promotion match is unconfirmed. Confirm the discounted total in your cart before paying.
