Apex Trader Funding Review 2026: Prices, Rules & Payouts

Availability warning — PakistanApex lists Pakistan among the countries it cannot service with new or additional accounts. While you are in a restricted country you cannot purchase new accounts, request payouts, or place trades on active accounts (exceptions require a government ID, residence, mailing address and bank account in a non-restricted country). Check the firm's restricted-countries page before buying.

Our Verdict: Who is Apex for?

Apex suits futures traders who want a one-time-fee, 30-day evaluation with no evaluation consistency rule — and who can live with a trailing drawdown, a funded account that closes after six payouts, and no resets if an evaluation fails. You keep 100% of approved payouts, but each Performance Account has a finish line. There is no PropDealHub code for Apex at this time; the firm's own 90%-off banner (code SAVENOW) was displayed when we checked on 26 October 2026 and is time-limited, not a permanent price.

What looks good

  • One-time fee, no rebill — evaluation active for 30 days, then it expires
  • No evaluation consistency rule and no minimum days beyond 1 day to pass
  • 100% payout split with weekly payouts from a $500 minimum
  • Daily loss limit on EOD evaluations pauses the day instead of breaching it
  • Trailing stops in Performance Accounts once starting balance + $100 is reached

What to watch closely

  • Pakistan is restricted — no purchase, payout or trading while there
  • Each Performance Account closes permanently after 6 payouts, with per-request caps
  • No resets: a failed or expired evaluation means buying a new one
  • Standard Performance Account activation fees are not published publicly (checkout-only)
  • No automation or hedging of any kind; positions must close by 4:59 PM ET daily

Compare Apex Evaluation Models & Fees

Switch between drawdown models to compare one-time prices, read on apextraderfunding.com on 26 Oct 2026. All sizes share the same targets, drawdown values and contract limits below. Evaluation terms on every size: one-time fee, no rebill, active 30 days, no resets, minimum 1 day to pass.

EOD evaluations carry a daily loss limit; reaching it closes positions and pauses trading for the day — the account stays active and resumes next session (limit resets 6 PM ET).

Intraday evaluations have no daily loss limit row. Anomaly, reported exactly as displayed and re-confirmed: Intraday $100K Standard ($790) costs more than Intraday $100K No Activation Fee ($590) — No Activation Fee is not consistently pricier. Standard Performance Account activation fees are not published on the firm's public pages (the firm says current pricing is shown in the product selector at checkout); the No Activation Fee premium is not the activation fee. After passing, activation must be completed within 7 calendar days or the opportunity expires.

Trading Rules That Actually Matter

Trailing drawdown — and where it stops. Intraday trails your peak balance in real time, including unrealised gains, and never moves down. EOD recalculates once daily at 4:59:59 PM ET on the closing balance and never moves down. Touching or falling below the threshold liquidates all open positions and fails the evaluation or closes the Performance Account. In Performance Accounts trailing stops once starting balance + $100 is reached. In evaluations on Rithmic and WealthCharts it stops at the target profit balance; on Tradovate it trails indefinitely with the peak balance.

Daily loss limit (EOD only). Fixed for the session; reaching it closes positions and pauses trading for the day. Your account remains active and trading resumes next session. Intraday evaluations have no daily loss limit.

Consistency — payouts only, not evaluations. The firm's home page states "NO Eval consistency rules." For payouts, your largest profitable day must be less than 50% of net profit since your last payout (or since inception); if unmet, the payout request is unavailable but the account stays active. The calculation resets after an approved payout.

No resets, no automation, no hedging. A failed or expired evaluation means buying a new one. Automation and algorithms are banned, hedging of any kind is banned (directional trading only), and positions must be closed by 4:59 PM ET daily. Normal-strategy news trading is allowed; "chasing" news or placing orders on both sides to gamble an outcome is not. Sharing accounts, devices, IPs or trade copying, and VPN use to disguise location, are also prohibited.

Performance Account scaling. Tier levels update once per trading day from the ending balance, with a Level 1 floor. Starting/maximum contracts: $25K 1/2, $50K 2/4, $100K 3/6, $150K 4/10. The daily loss limit in Performance Accounts varies by tier ($500–$4,000 by size and tier). Minor inconsistency on the firm's own pages: the $50K Level 4 threshold is printed as "$5,999 & Up" in the scaling article and "$6,000 & Up" in the daily-loss article.

Profit Split, Payouts & the 6-Payout Cap

Split. Approved payouts are issued at a 100% payout split — you receive 100% of the approved payout amount. Cap. Maximum 6 payouts per Performance Account; after the sixth, the account closes permanently and you must pass a new evaluation. Minimum payout is $500 per request, regardless of size.

Eligibility. At least 5 trading days meeting the minimum daily profit (not necessarily consecutive), balance above the safety net (drawdown limit + $100), and a payout request of at least $500. Safety net balances: $26,100 / $52,100 / $103,100 / $154,100. Minimum balance to request: $26,600 / $52,600 / $103,600 / $154,600. Minimum daily profit — EOD: $100 / $250 / $300 / $350 by size; Intraday: $100 / $200 / $250 / $300.

Maximum payout per request, EOD (payouts 1–6).

Apex Trader Funding Discount Code

Apex does not offer a PropDealHub discount code at this time. The firm's own banner code SAVENOW (90% off all evaluations) was displayed on every page we checked on 26 October 2026, with a countdown of about 18 hours remaining at first observation — it is time-limited, not a permanent price, and it is the firm's promo, not a PropDealHub code. The coupon price shown alongside list prices was 10% of list under that banner. Always verify the current price at checkout before paying.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Apex lists Pakistan among the countries it cannot service with new or additional accounts. While in a restricted country you cannot purchase new accounts, request payouts, or place trades. Exceptions require a government ID, residence, mailing address and bank account in a non-restricted country.
EOD recalculates once daily at 4:59:59 PM ET and includes a daily loss limit that pauses (not breaches) the day. Intraday trails your peak balance in real time, including unrealised gains, and has no evaluation daily loss limit. Both stop trailing in Performance Accounts at starting balance + $100.
The Performance Account closes permanently after its sixth payout, whatever its balance. You must pass a new evaluation to continue. Per-request caps apply to each of the six payouts (see the tables above).
Not in evaluations — the firm states "NO Eval consistency rules." For payouts, your largest profitable day must be less than 50% of net profit since your last payout; if unmet, the payout request is unavailable but the account stays active.
The firm does not publish a dollar table for Standard activation fees on its public pages — it says current pricing is shown in the product selector at checkout. The No Activation Fee evaluation variant avoids the fee but costs more upfront. Activation must be completed within 7 calendar days of passing.
No. Apex evaluations have no resets — the reset fee is listed as "N/A". A failed or expired evaluation means buying a new one.
