Maven Trading Review 2026: Eight Models, Real Prices & the Rule Conflicts

Maven Trading (operating since 2022) sells eight models — three Standard evaluations, two Instant variants, Buy Now Pay Later, 2 Step OMO and two Prediction Markets plans — with some of the lowest prices in the industry. Daily loss limits are equity-based and weekend holding is allowed, but EAs are banned, the news rule is strict, and the firm's own pages contradict each other in several places. We flag all of them.

Our verdict

Maven is one of the cheapest ways into a funded account, with genuinely varied models. The trade-offs are strict trading rules (no EAs, a Red Folder news ban, a 60-second minimum-hold rule) and several contradictions in the firm's own documentation that you should read before paying.

  • Standard 1-Step from $15 list; 8% target, 5% trailing max loss
  • Instant Funding with on-demand payouts — but a 20% consistency rule
  • Fee refunded after your third reward on most models
  • ⚠ Legal entity stated two different ways on their own site

Instant, Pay-Later, OMO & Prediction Models

Instant Funding — no evaluationFunded from day one at the same prices as Standard 1-Step. Daily loss 2%, max 3% trailing, plus a 1% maximum floating-risk rule. A 20% consistency score caps your best day, you need 3% profit before a payout, and payouts are on demand. Split 80% (90% add-on).
Instant Mini — a 24-hour shotOne funded window of 24 hours from your first trade, one trade at a time, 15% per-trade consistency, every trade held at least 150 seconds. Split 70% (90% add-on) and only ONE payout per account. Prices mirror Standard 2-Step. No fee refund.
Buy Now Pay Later — $5 upfrontPay $5 now and the balance ($40–$589 by size) only after passing a 4% one-step evaluation (10% static max loss, no daily limit in evaluation). Funded: 4% daily / 8% trailing with a 20% consistency rule. News trading fully permitted. Split 80%.
2 Step OMO — with the M2 Account SaverTargets 6% then 8%, 4 profitable days per phase, and the only evaluation with a time limit: 180 days across both phases. The M2 Saver triggers at 2% floating loss — first trigger cuts your funded split to 50% permanently, second deactivates the account. Payout caps: 6%, then 8%, then none.
Prediction Markets — Essential & EliteTrade event contracts (MatchTrade feed following Kalshi/Polymarket). One step, 9% target, 5% max loss in Phase 1 and 8% funded (trailing on Essential, static on Elite), no daily limit, no minimum days. Split 70%; profit per single question capped at 3% of starting balance. From $44 (Essential 5K, list).
Across all modelsMT5 and Match-Trader, all accounts swap-free. Forex leverage 1:75; commissions $2 per lot per side (metals/energy $3). Weekend and overnight holding allowed. One trading activity every 30 days or the account expires. Funded accounts from the same plan can be merged up to $200K.

Rules & Red Flags

News (Standard)±2 min ban
EAs / algosBanned
Min. hold rule50% ≥ 60 sec
Weekend holdingAllowed
News tradingOn Standard models you may not open or close trades from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after a ForexFactory Red Folder release — in the challenge it is a hard breach; funded, profits in the window are excluded. The FAQ says Instant, Mini and BNPL are unrestricted — but the Terms state the ban for all accounts (see conflicts).
No EAs, no exceptions in practiceThe FAQ is blunt: EAs and automated trading are prohibited across all Maven platforms; all trades must be manual. Copy trading is allowed only between your own accounts, manually. HFT, tick scalping, grid/gap trading and hedging across accounts are also banned.
"Excessive scalping" and "all-in" rulesHolding more than 50% of trades under 60 seconds counts as excessive scalping. Risking enough to breach a limit in one setup — including trading without a stop-loss — counts as prohibited "all-in" trading. Both are judgement-based rules; trade conservatively.
Fee refundOn Standard 1/2/3-Step, OMO, BNPL and Instant Funding, the challenge fee is refunded after your third reward from the funded account (not offered on Instant Mini).
⚠ Conflicts in Maven's own pages (checked 23 Oct 2026): (1) Legal entity — the Terms name MAVEN LLC, UAE (DIEZ free zone, Dubai), while the homepage footer names Maventrade LTD, Saint Lucia. (2) News — the Terms ban Red Folder trading on all accounts; the FAQ exempts Instant, Mini and BNPL. (3) Instant payouts — the Terms say every 10 business days; the FAQ and Instant page say on demand. (4) EAs — the Terms say both "prohibited unless prior approval" and "not permitted under any circumstances" in the same section. (5) Prediction split — the marketing page says keep 80%; the FAQ and price cards say 70%. (6) The Terms describe "five distinct account types", list four, and omit BNPL, OMO, Mini and Prediction entirely. Ask support which version governs your account before you buy.

Payouts

On the Standard models, the first payout becomes available 10 business days after your first funded trade, then in 10-business-day cycles. Instant Funding pays on demand (FAQ wording) once you have 3% profit and meet the 20% consistency rule. Minimum withdrawal is $20 of profit before the split. A general cap applies: at most $10,000 before the split across two payouts or within any rolling 30 days (Standard, BNPL and Instant models).

Methods: USDT (BSC), USDC (ERC20) and Rise Pay; traders in Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana can also use direct bank transfer. KYC is triggered at the first payout request. Maven does not state payout fees or a processing time on the pages we checked — both are marked not found rather than guessed.

Maven Discount Code: PROPDEALHUB (10% Off)

Our code PROPDEALHUB takes 10% off Maven Trading challenges and was tested at a real checkout on 20 October 2026: the $10K Standard 1-Step dropped from $37.00 to $33.30. The code does not stack with Maven's own coupon prices — the better of the two prices is the one to compare at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Maven model is cheapest?

Standard 3-Step starts at $13 list (5K $17), and Standard 1-Step at $15 — but 3-Step's drawdowns are the tightest (2% daily, 3% max). Compare the rules, not just the fee.

Are EAs allowed at Maven Trading?

No. The FAQ states EAs and automated trading are prohibited across all platforms and trades must be manual. The Terms contradict themselves on this point, but the safe reading is: no EAs.

How fast is the first Maven payout?

On Standard models, 10 business days after your first funded trade, then every 10 business days. Instant Funding is on demand per the FAQ once the 3% profit threshold and 20% consistency rule are met (the Terms say 10 business days — a conflict to confirm with support).

Does PROPDEALHUB work on every Maven model?

The code was checkout-verified on the $10K Standard 1-Step ($37.00 → $33.30, 20 Oct 2026) and is issued for Maven challenges generally; it does not stack with other promotions. Confirm the discount in your cart before paying.

Where is Maven Trading based?

Its own site gives two answers: the Terms name MAVEN LLC in the UAE (DIEZ free zone, Dubai), while the homepage footer names Maventrade LTD in Saint Lucia. We report both and recommend confirming with support.
